A good communications plan should not come together by accident.
I work with societies and associations as a speaker and trainer, delivering tailored workshops and presentations focused on practical marketing and communications skills. My focus is on helping participants understand both why certain approaches work and how to apply them – ie how to better clarify intent and audiences, how to better select channels, and to how to build plans that are realistic and achievable. These workshops can be tailored to a range of audiences, including boards, leadership teams, event faculty, and communications staff.
My goal is to help participants leave better equipped to do the work themselves with confidence and knowledge.
I’m also a frequent speaker at association forums and professional events. There, the goal is the same: to help leaders make better communication decisions that support long-term goals and translate strategy into communication practices that teams can realistically implement.
